Applying online

The Embassy strongly encourages online visa and citizenship applications. You can apply 24/7 and you check your application status if you apply online. See: ImmiAccount

Visas available online:

- Visitor visa (Tourist and Business)

- Partner visa

- Student visa

- Short Stay activity visa

- Resident Return visa

- Citizenship by Descent

IMPORTANT: 

1. You must pay the visa application charge by credit card, BPay or PayPal when you apply online.  See: Visa Application Charges

2.  You must upload all relevant documents immediately after submitting your application.  See: Attaching documents online

 

Some visa applications can  be applied for, only through the VFS Global (Australian Visa Application Centre).  Where to apply

Paper visa applications are lodged through the Australian Visa Application Centre (AVAC) in the Philippines operated by our service delivery partner VFS Global. See: VFS Global 

Embassy Appointment and Client Counter Hours

Clients will NOT be admitted to the Australian Embassy to lodge visa or citizenship applications unless in cases of genuine emergency only.  Booking a ticket and needing to travel on the desired date does not classify as an emergency.
