Tracking the status of your visa
If you applied online you can check your status via your ImmiAccount
If you applied via VFS please contact VFS.
Sending and acknowledging additional documents
If you lodged your application online, you must upload any additional information to your ImmiAccount. If documents are emailed to the Embassy rather than uploaded to ImmiAccount, it may result in delays in the processing of your application.
NOTE: The Visa Office does not acknowledge receipt of additional documents.
Decision on your application
The decision on your application will be communicated by email if you selected 'yes' to recieving electronic communications on your application. Otherwise this will be sent to you by courier at an additional cost.
Forgot the details of your visa? Use VEVO
Visa Entitlement Verification Online or VEVO is a free online facility that allows visa holders and organisations to see details of current visa status. Organisations will only be able to see certain information relating to your status and entitlements.
