AUSTRALIAN PRODUCTS SHOWCASED IN LANDMARK SUPERMARKETS

New products from Australia will be showcased throughout June at The Landmark Supermarket in Trinoma Mall and Ayala Centre, following the launch of the Australian Trade Commission’s Taste Australia Food Promotion.

Australian Ambassador Rod Smith said Taste Australia would feature 300 new and uniquely Australian products including cereals, snack items, energy bars, condiments, dressings, biscuits and organic items which have been manufactured by producers committed to the highest international standards of quality management and food safety.


Australian Deputy Head of Mission, Steve Scott and Landmark Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Teddy Keng open the Australia section at The Landmark Supermarket in Trinoma Mall.

“Taste Australia is a celebration of Australian food and beverages, bringing the newest and tastiest products from Australia to Asia and providing an opportunity for Filipino consumers to enjoy our products,” Ambassador Smith said.

Among the Australian brands available are Borlands Biscuits, Capricorn Liquorice, Goulburn Valley Preserved Fruits, REAL Energy Bars, Café Adore Biscuits, Green's Pancake Shakes, Country Gold Cookies, Lowan Muesli, Pinnacle Cookies, Bamboleo antipasto, Goldyna Dressings, Sandhurst condiments, Superbee Honey, Yummiees Confectionery, IXL Jams and organic products.

“Australia is among the cleanest, safest and highest-quality food producers in the world,” Ambassador Smith said.

Deputy Head of Mission, Steve Scott and Landmark Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Teddy Keng opened the Australia section at The Landmark Supermarket in Trinoma Mall with a ribbon cutting ceremony followed by a tasting of Australian wines, cheese, juices and gourmet meats.
