The Australian Embassy in the Philippines invites property management / facility management companies to submit a quote to provide preventive maintenance and minor repair services for the Embassy’s leased residential properties located in Makati City and Taguig City.

The required services are set out in the Statement of Requirements (SOR). Please download Request for Quote (RFQ), SOR and Draft Service Agreement below. Quotes must be submitted in accordance with the requirements specified in the SOR and RFQ. |
| Estimated Value |
The estimated value of this agreement is approximately Php10 Million to Php12 Million inclusive of ad hoc repair calls, emergency maintenance and repairs, and preventive maintenance services for the period covered. This value is indicative only and is not a guaranteed value of the agreement. |

A pre-bid briefing is scheduled for 9am, 24 July 2017 at the Australian Embassy 23rd Floor Tower 2 RCBC Plaza, 6819 Ayala Ave. Makati City.
Interested parties should nominate a maximum of three participants and confirm their attendance no later than 20 July 2017. Please e-mail [email protected] and provide the name of your organisation and up to three representatives. Kindly bring identification documents on the day of the event (i.e. passport or driver licence, etc).
