Once you have submitted your visa application
If you need to contact us, we prefer that you do so by email. See: Visa Enquiry
If you wish to provide additional documents to your application, these should be uploaded to your ImmiAccount (if lodged online) or sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org (if lodged through the Australian Visa Application Centre)
You need to provide your file number and the name of the Case Officer assessing your application when sending us an email.
Please note that we are unable to accept emails with a total file size larger than 5mb. Neither this office nor the sender will be notified that the email is blocked. If you need to send large emails, you will need to send as several, smaller documents.

Please be aware that the Department of Immigration and Border Protection is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 not to disclose any information related to applications to any person other than the applicant, authorised persons or authorised agents.
